New building that changes gold and elixer into dark elixer.

This is a building that changes 1000 gold and 1000 elixer into 250 dark elixer. Buying this building would require 9000 (or more) dark elixer and a level 11 town hall. It takes about 3 hours to finish and attackers can loot everything in the building. Gold and elixer can only be looted if it was unfinished. Adding this to clash would help many players.

If I am correct, the conversion of resources into other types of resources is ruled out.

EDIT: Maybe it's not, but I remember seeing somewhere that stuff like this won't happen.

I would leave it as it is. But I could see that 1 million gold or 1 million elixer can be traded for 1000 dark elixer. Or trading 1 mill gold for 500k elixer and visa versa. But than we would start getting into hayday.
