War strategy posting board

My Clan is experimenting with different war strategies and having a hard time getting everyone one board and knowing what their assignments are. especially newer members.
We have people from multiple countries and time zones.

Orders in the chat session disappear too fast, Clan Mail is limited and not everyone checks it before battle.

I think we should have a text field open to us somewhere on the war map or "army overview" screen just for war strategy and command updates -notes such as "mirror war", or , "winning by huge margin, start going for loot." could be posted where only the clan members involved in the war would be going to see it.

it could be locked/unlocked for editing based on ranks. only leader, leader and Co's, all etc....

This would be a huge help for communications in my clan and I am sure many others.

Use the message function. Then say in the message, You will be kicked if you do not follow this strategy (unless you receive a strategy update)
