Idea regarding PVP

I have an idea for clash of clan PvP. I suggest you make an arrangement ( a room or arena) where any player can search for his friend or foe to just have match one on one to test their skills. Also there must be a provision for invitating players whom I know but are not in my clan. Another suggestion is there can be a option for selecting enemy's for attack/defense log and challenging them for match.
I hope if we have such provision then it would make the game more interesting.

This could possibly be used to sandbox attacks so I don't see this happening...and also what about mismatches?
