Penalty related to leaving clan

Hi Clash Gamers ! How are you ?

Today i thought about a idea that is related to members that beg for troops and then leave and go join another clan or create their own. When i used to play MMORPG , the guild system had penalties added to people that likes to be leaving and joining constantly, like 5 days without joining a clan or a advising message. Another problem is the kids that join clans just to harrass people, that actually are trying to help and give attention about the layouts and stuff whatever , there should be a control over this mad kids , maybe report system that may ban people for some days.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't changing the clan settings to 'invite only' help?
I mean, for the most part, it should keep annoying people out of the clan, and you won't
have to deal with people harassing you as much. If 'long term members' are harassing you
then you know what the kick button is for!
