Was this the wrong decision?

Ok, I decided to upgrade my town hall to lvl 9. But my clan says am rushing, I have max defenses, 143 lvl 8 walls, rest lvl 7 walls, all ellirx upgrade are max, all that is left is:EQ, Posion, Minion lvl 4, valk.

You're actually not very rushed. Just catch up on those walls. You will have plenty of time at th 9 to even everything out and catch up. But on a 0-10 scale of 10 being very rushed you are a 1-2.

You will be fine, the grind doesnt really start til th9 anyways......focus on those heros asap trust me

You overstayed TH8, should've went to TH9 a few months ago

Depends on who you're talking to
I think he rushed, but it was the right decision
I am a hardcore rusher, I have never maxed a single TH level
Closest I got was at TH5, had only walls and collectors left.

I never maxed any TH either, but I dont consider myself a rusher at all :smirk: I just "don't max" XD (collectors, barracks, troops (TH8), walls (TH8))

Its funny that players who strongly preach maxing TH8 that maxed defenses, maxed skulls, BK 10, most lab upgrades done except EQ and valks = rushed.

Then they come back and kick themselves in TH9 where they get 20/20 heroes + lego walls then get impatient and rush to TH10 :facepalm: or worse, spend another half a year trying to max TH9, preaching to everyone that it is the "best, right and fastest" way
