Hi
I would save the statistics of the attacks.
- hour
- Deployed troops
- Level of the Town Hall
- Won gold and elixir
-...
Simply create a .txt or .xml file with a maximum data to exploit later.

Generating this would be too much of a burden on SC's servers so I don't think this would be a good idea.
