Downgrade

Some of us have made very poor decisions when upgrading items e.g. Upgrading xbows first. With how the weight / matchmaking system works, some items like xbows and inferno towers are weighed too heavy. So - I would like to see an option to downgrade items if needed. You would pay the same amount for the upgrade and wait the same time. The idea sounds crazy but I am sure I am not the only one stuck in 15/15 heroes and max xbows just farming and waiting for 20/20.

- can downgrade to the max level defence of the TH below your current level.
- can only downgrade 1 item every 24 hours to prevent geming everything for clan wars.
- can not downgrade TH
- can not downgrade troops, heroes or walls....only defensive structures.

Given that they already had an ability to sell stuff and then removed it, I doubt they would allow downgrading.

But it's not selling, it's purchasing a downgrade. More $$

Not a bad idea, but what about TH? And could you completely eradicate stuff? Paying, of course.

This feature would be abused to alter war weight calculations, not going to happen.

I think this should be allowed.. prestige-style. Resets achieves, and TH7 MAXED defenses no matter TH above.. unless than below then would start as a -.5..

Basically this concept would put all the rushers where they prob should be right now(th7) and give option of dropping down and having bracket wars like all th5 vs th5.

im confused to how this would be abused. lower defence would give you a lower weight...but thats how it is supposed to be...correct?

Yes, but people would have insanely awesome offenses to hit targets that they shouldn't be hitting.

I was thinking you could only downgrade to the highest level of defence for the TH below your current level. For example....at TH9 you could only downgrade your cannons to lvl 10 or your AD to 6 but could totaly eradicate xbows.
