Clan mail and inactivity

Many times and just a moment ago I've got the message that I've been inactive and so I must reload the game while I am typing up a clan mail. If I take some time to have good wording since clan mail is only so many characters, I shouldn't be set as inactive and have to reset the game because then I have to start all over.

Please remove the inactive timer while someone is typing up clan mail.

Good point & it happened with me a lot when I'm thinking what to write in the email especially if it was something important. I've contacted in-game support with that issue with a screenshot. If you would do the same it would be great :)

This will get abused

Hmmm yes abuse would be likely. Maybe instead of the current 5 mins or whatever it is at, extend to 10 mins?
