having a problem
i recently got a new phone (android) so when i went to switch my farm over to my android i logged into facebook and didn't see my farm then i went into my IOS device looked at the settings and noticed it wasn't logged into facebook, i logged in but by that point the blank game had already been uploaded and now it gives me no option to overwrite the blank farm and put my actual farm up so i can switch devices, been reading a bit and noticed the only way to accomplish this is by having the admins reset my cloud account is that correct? and how do i go about it?

You can contact the in-game support team through the farm.
Open game
Tap on cog icon, top left of screen
Tap on first tab (settings)
Tap on first button (help and support)
Tap on "contact us" button
If you can't immediately see a contact button, tap on one of the FAQ topics. It should appear at the top right of screen (rectangle icon) or at the base of the article/topic list, or you can tap on the search icon and type in "contact us".
