Did you save your farm by connecting it to your Facebook account or by connecting it to a Google+ account? If so, it can probably be recovered.
If you can open the game at the moment you can contact the in-game support through the settings (even if the farm is not your usual farm) and give the support team your details such as farm name, level, neighbourhood name.
