The only solution for solving moders in wars
As you know there are a lot of topics everyday in forums about modders and chea***ters in war.
People just want supercell to do something for it but they dont propose a solution.
Now Im coming with a solution and I think this is the only solution which remove all modding in wars for good.
the base is: supercell should remove pre-scouting in war.
Scout = simulations = modding and che***ting.
So clash community should know that we should give something to gain something else.
so my war proposal is:
- each player should setup 3 war base in prep day. All 3 war base cc will be filled by same troops in prep day to avoid conflict.
- in war day nobody can scout the opposite clan bases. they should create army and go attack one of the 3 bases of an opponent.
- when attacker hit attack button he/she has 3 minutes to scout the base and prepare for the attack.
- nobody can attack the base already attacked before. that means your clan only can attack a player 3 times.
- the best stars/destruction for each base will be count. for example if all 3 bases of one player attacked for 2 stars the one with more destruction will be count in war.
- The winning and losing rules is like as it is.
As you can see 3 minutes scout is the only difference from normal raids. IMO it is even more exciting. assume you are in pushing. everybody know that in high cups you should attack any base which offer good cups regardless of the base design. so it is more challenging.
Edit: of course you can see the opposite clan normal bases and find their troops, heroes and defenses level before attacks.

As I understand it, from reading the forums, the base layout (traps and all) will be known the second a troop is dropped on a base.
Currently, people are complaining about single barb/archer drops by low level players, followed by a perfect 3 star by a high level player a few hours later.
It's not ..

Low level Attack => simulation => Practice => high level 3 star
A solution would be to analyze attacks on the fly. If a pattern of low level scout attacks emerge, the entire war is automatically lost, instantly and the ♥♥♥♥♥ing players on the opposing team get banned, for good. Not 30 days, not a warning. The player is banned and the base goes into loot circulation.
Another solution could be: One attack per base. Easy and simple. Each player gets ONE attack.
