Minor annoyance with latest update: covered inventory/stock number

Hi,

I play on an iPad at home and a iPhone at work (tea break / lunch etc to check up on the farm and do a few chores).

I am right handed.

I hold my phone in my left hand.

I have noticed that since the new update when you touch and machine and then touch/hold on a particular product the placement of the window describing the item and how many you have has now moved.

My right hand finger now covers most of this window and, in particular, the number of products remaining.

Today I have been trying to hold the phone, or crane my neck/head to be able to see each item.

I am used to quickly going through my machines (particularly after the eggspress has arrived and the townies have all been attended to) to take stock of what I have and what I need to make.

It's now super annoying to have to fiddle the phone or try and point the finger differently just to see the vital info.

I am sure anyone using a smaller device like a phone will know what I mean if they try it!

(maybe I just have fat fingers!)

I have to look under my finger and it is no fun. :/

I've accidently bought things/speed up production. I have very small fingers and have issues.

Yes, happens to me too (iPhone 5). I imagine it is fine if one plays with a stylus but I never got the hang of it. I keep having to switch to using a left hand finger to press on all the products (I now have a bunch of goat cheese being made instead of the cream I really wanted to make!)

On the annoyance scale, I'd say this one, as described by the OP, is more than minor. Of all the hiccups with this last update, this one irks me the most, having to move my hand all around while keeping contact with the screen so I can see the numbers below my thumb. Related issue I'm sure: if a popup info window is too far to the left edge of the screen, it pops up all the way on the right of the screen instead. But hey, at least I can see the inventory numbers that way.

I'm going on the record to add that this is SUPER annoying. I play on an iPhone 5s, and at level 108, checking thru my machines is fraught with unintentional additions to my queue. Please change it back! I noticed the letters/words in our neighborhood chat box are MUCH tinier text size than before the update, and I can barely see what I've typed! Ugh, awful.:(

I'm adding my voice to this issue.
It really is annoying.

It happens not only when the machine is beside the screen edge, but also when it is in the middle of the screen.
It happens whatever the zoom is before clicking on the machine and product.

I think it would not be so annoying if the current barn stock would be elsewhere (bottom ?).

This issue will be fixed in a future update!

Just want to pass on a personal thanks from me, as the starter of this thread, in relation to the latest update (removing the RED) which also appears to have addressed this issue I raised.

Honestly, this is the only game I have played where the creators actively take feedback and implement it from forum members!

Mine has not changed, I just updated and still have the same problem - finger covers up the number of stock :/ I play on an iPhone 5.
