Using balloons to attack
Hey guys! Its Amir again. So I've began using balloons. They're pretty sick and OP, the problem is I can't "properly use them" I took out the air defences, MOST PEOPLE throw them out. Then I send in my balloons in groups of 3 or 5. I also use some giants for distraction. Now the problem is they take VERY long to train. What do you do while they are training? Second of all, they're hard to use. I could use some strategies on how to use them. Please put some snapshots and tactics on how to use them. Again, please show snapshots! Thanks

yeah they do take forever to train. I think using them in small groups is good so they don't all die to one wizard tower.

Balloons are so rarely used for that reason. I'd say take ADs out, put a few giants in front of ATs, and 2-3 balloons on each AT.

I've only done a few as it takes forever to train.
Greatest success was dropping a dragon first to tank hits, then throwing two large packs of balloons at the same time. Use a rage spell to allow them to reach air defense FAST or it's all over.

Watch daddy's videos on YouTube. In a nutshell, minions take ad fire for the balloons, but you can see how this can be adapted for dragons too if you want.
I don't like balloons, dragons and wizards for this reason: build times. Imho, a successful farmer attacks often for about half of the max they can get in one attack, at least 3 times an hour. If you can attack 6 times an hour you can accept 1/4 what your max is, and so on. So, lets say you strongest attack is dragons and they can get 400k combined on th6, 1 th below you. If you can get 50k 9 times in an hour with 10-40 gobs, you make more.
But if you are committing to long build times, simply get a second or third game to play between attacks.
