I'm looking for advice for running my semi-new clan, which I created on October 10th this year.

During war, some of my clanmates just don't get how to attack. I'm not trying to cause offense. And I'm only talking about a small portion of them. This causes them to get 0 stars in the whole war. However, they are active and what I look for when recruiting, so I don't want to kick them.
When I am recruiting on global, I use a certain message but it doesn't seem to work very well (Recruiting active players TH8 and below). How do I improve the message?
And finally, a feeder. My clan is relatively new, but I want to know when it's the time to make a feeder. Obviously, I know that the clan name should somehow be similar to the original clan. But how do I know when the time is right? Who should I appoint as the leader?

Guide them to watch some videos on how to improve or critic their attack replays and show how they can improve. If they aren't even using three star strategies then they have alot of learning to do. Tips for how to improve recruiting in global = DONT. Don't even think about a feeder clan until you have your first clan being established, you have a solid core of 40+ members who you can rely in on wars and strong together, once you are at that point then focus on dealing with what to do with a feeder/sister clan.
