Stop spying in Clan Wars

Lot of people switch clans because of real life friends, they do this to organize a meta or make a bigger clan, I know about it as I've a lot of real life friends playing this game. Also, when you want to join a clan, you see which one best suits you. So, for this people will join a clan and see how the members are, their war log, do they even speak English and such. So, basically this would wreck havoc.

There should be a delay when you leave and join a clan. Example, if you leave a clan you can't join a new one for 48 hours.

That solution has to many downsides for other situations.

Closing the clan is clumsy overkill, very annoying for clans that don't want to close.

Far better, don't let new members see traps, HTs or CC troops.

Just need to block members from opponent clan to join. No restrictions on any other player from any other clan to join or leave required. When the war starts, all the members of opponents clans shall be marked with some kind of icon e.g. skeleton head. Even if they try to be smart and join some other clan before joining us, we would know instantly by that icon or mark, whatever you say it, besides their names. When the war ends, that mark is removed from your profile. Seems simple to me !
