I noticed that during clan war preparation today a player joined and left our clan after a few minutes. This person is in the clan we are preparing to fight. I'm assuming they did this so they can take a screenshot of all of our bases and know where the traps are.
There should be a delay when you leave and join a clan. Example, if you leave a clan you can't join a new one for 48 hours.

Or you could just not leave your clan open during war prep...
It's spying. How to prevent it? Easy. Close your clan after war starts. Simple.
That seems like a temporary solution to a flawed design. I agree, and we will now close the clan during war prep, but a real long term solution would be a freeze when leaving/joining clans.
I have other games on my phone and all pretty much have a freeze when joining/leaving clans/legions/groups etc.
Or there should be an option to block the members of a specific clan to join yours, only used by the Leader/CoLeaders. You can unblock them after the war is ended.

This is not a practical idea and will cause havoc in the whole game. As said above, you should be smart enough and close the clan, it's not that hard.
