Now before everyone says it's been changed nothing can be done, I've played clash for a long long time, and on top have spent an ample amount of money too. I also don't want to change it to something new but would like it to be changed back. It went from Teehee to Jacob#2 and I have no reason why and it's really bugging me that my experience is being ruined after having a blast with this game for the past few years, if there is anything that CAN be done please let me know!
Did you share your Google+ with anyone you know? Was anyone on your device before this happened? 90% of the time it is usually family members/ friends. If you contact the company in the in-game support to get your name recovered then they may be able to help you.Quote:

OP, we can't change anything from the forums, even with a Moderator or Staff title.
Send a request in game. Explain to them that you may have been compromised and your name was changed. They are not obligated to give you a second chance, it's their official stance not to give one, but it's not unheard of to receive one. If you run into a support staff that is sympathetic to your cause, they may re-activate your name change option.
Just know not to act entitled to a second chance, as you are not. Give it a try, the answer is always no if you don't ask. Just accept the final outcome, good or bad.
