To reduce the impact of this, SC can change the active war base each time a base is hit. There are already three war base layout slots in the game and the base can change between them each time so that it would require three scout attacks for modders to know all of the traps in all the layouts in order to brute force a perfect attack.
As it stands, one scout attack is viable since all attackers get two attacks. Requiring three scout attacks, however, would severely hamper modders by wasting the attacks of two participants in order to defeat a single opponent.
