I have troops up to wizards and they are all level 3. How should I take out a farming base? I also have level 2 lightning spells i use sometimes. Should I use those?

You won't 3 star that base with lvl 3 troops, nooo way. Not with that Xbow there.
I think you would need Dragons or PEKKAs to 3 star that base. I would just go for the resources and not worry about a 3 star if I were you.
yeah with only level 3 units it would be amazing to get 3 stars on that, focus more on resource at your level by using a few giants and plenty of barbs and gobs then gain the resources to level up your troops, so you can get the 3 stars later off in the game
You could try to pick the TH. put a bunch of barbs on it to distract while 20+ archers shoot it down.
I agree with 3 star troops. With those walls you would be lucky to 1 star them let alone 3. Take on easier THs or upgrade your own stuff. My 2 cents if you can't build the walls then likely be a hard attack. More then likely most of the defences will one hit you less your giants which will still be easy.
