Rate looking for attack too low

30 minutes but no town hall to attack. I don't have too much time to play game usually but I love this game and spending time to play at least 30 minutes a day. When my camp are full, I'm looking for a town hall to attack but there's nothing. It's took me more than 200.000 elixirs for each attack but while I'm searching there's just show 100.000 elixirs or less. Pleased improve this inconvenience because it makes me feel so bored, everyday I'm logging in just for collecting resources. That's all. Thanks for watching
