Language in clan & global chat

Our clans speak in ENGLISH only but when we tap Global Chat all COC members chat in Malay or Indonesia language. There are not a single person chat in English. If we change the Language to Norsk we can find 99% chat in English but when they join our clan they speak different. Is there a way where we can have Global Chat in English and invite English speaking members. Any suggestion guys. :mad:

Our clan is located International and even I change to USA is the same. Can you give me your advice. Thanks :)
