My account was compromised and Supercell is doing nothing to help!
My account was compromised on Sunday and in contacting Supercell they tell me not to share my password. Well, of course, I didn't share my password, load my farm on anyone else's phone or sell my phone. I was h-a-c-k-ed. I had no control over it and it happens. I was verified through the game and they asked if they can put a code on my farm and they would send it to me. I agreed, BUT they NEVER sent me the code! So, now, I'm LOCKED OUT of my game! :mad: went on and emailed them. I had to answer all the questions again and they are ignoring me.
The h-a-c-k-er used 120 diamonds. 100 of them were for Tom. About 50,000 diamonds were spent. My farm was rearranged.
In doing a google search, they were h-a-c-k-ed last year too. So, why are they pretending to not understand what a h-a-c-k-er is/does?
I want my farm back, with my diamonds. I want to go back to my lovely NH and play the derby. But, Supercell doesn't care and they are greedy!
