Yeah, I think it's only fair to get a bonus for successful defense.. it's not like you haven't prepared you base for it..
You lose loot when you lose defense, so the opposite can also be true.. the more you think of it, more it sounds fair!
I myself do agree with getting some kind of loot bonus for winning defence, for me I think if it ever came in force then maybe we should get a percentage of what your current league win bonus is for winning defence say something like 50%. This would only apply in league attacks and not clan wars.
this is only my own personal thoughts on the idea.
It would lead to a culture of people training up 60 barbs and dropping them on 60 different bases. Then sniping back up. If everyone did this, no one would have to raid anymore because you would log on and your storages would be full.
