What about if their a on or off bottom for war chat that only the leader can control. If thinks get out of hand the leader can turn it off. Or a mute button

Sorry, but this isn't going to happen for obvious reasons. It would only lead to harassment and innapropriate exchanges between the two clans.
If you really wish to speak with the enemy clan, you can always join their clan after the War or send someone to contact them through applying. 99% of the cases they'll accept your application as they're interested to hear what you have to say. This method is enough and there's no need to add another harassment option in the game.
Only the Leader be able to:
Send a message at the start of the war and at the end ..
But Chatting is tricky problems can arise..
If you really wanted to do that you could just visit the other clan and tell them what you need to say. Having any sort of system with competition in it will only lead to harassment problems when there's communication involved.Quote:

Make it so that only the leader can talk to the enemy leader. Leader's would usually be more level headed than say a violent new 12 yr old member. Would improve the leader-position's standing too since they're about the same as co-leaders right now. good idea methinks
