It all depends on how much time you have. Sub 200 farming essentially means you only train goblins and a few wb's. You skip all the other farmers and attack the weak bases with 20-30k gold using as few goblins as possible. I have raided continuously for four hours before by just making goblins. The return is about 800k gold per hour, whereas farming at 1300-1900 trophies is usually about 400k gold per hour. It is boring and tedious, but it does get you gold. I maxed my TH8 defenses that way and now farm at 1800. I attack once every couple hours, and to me is much more fun now than it was at sub 200.
