TH9 Getting Stuck Taking On Infernos

Hey Guys,

I'm a max TH9 and I often get stuck facing those pesky infernos, especially on my second attack. If the war permits, I always go for a base I can 3* on the first round but often there are stars left on th10s that need to be cleaned up, or just aren't attacked in the first round if we get a big mismatch. I have bk25/aq30 so I feel fairly confident going after lower th10s but don't have any strategies that I love. I typically gohog/golava vs th9s but usually when I try a 3* hybrid strategy vs infernos I get snookered and end up with maybe a star, which has led me back to gowiping and gowiwing, depending. These attacks usually get me 2* but are boring and I know I have no chance at 3* with them. Anybody had luck with other combos? I know a lot depends on the base but often we get stuck facing a crapload of crappy th10s to counter our 9.5s, so the base design isn't always great, but the infernos still get me :(

Sorry I don't have any pics but you all know the rushed th10s with no offense, pink walls, and double ITs that I'm talking about :P

certain bases might be open to a Queen walk variant considering you have an AQ 30.

I usually see these videos with TH10 attacks either a Mass Witch or LaLoon paired with Queen Walk but it might works on some TH10 as a Th9.

Yeah I have seen those too. I've played around with aq walks but only in farming so far. I have been itching to try walking her in war but I'm not sure TH9s have the troop space...healers eat up a lot of room. I think on a base with somewhat exposed ADs a superqueen laloon could be fun to try though. Good idea!

If you have level 6 giants then take 7-8 giants along with your golems else get them in the cc. Also depending on the base use earthquake spell to open the core. It has worked for us in our wars. Here is one video for reference to show you what I mean --> 3 star th10 by th9
