Clan Name Change

Most people probably don't have this problem since nothing came up when I searched but I think a one time thing as with the individual names is a good idea

In my case, I created my clan so that my friends could join and help each other while I returned to the clan I was already in. As a joke, I created the clan with a, somewhat, obscene meaning in my language.

The guys had me stay as I had better troops to help them advance quicker (with L5 wizards and loons).

We've grown since then. An L4 clan now and recruiting with such an unappealing (or 'disgusting' to some who know the language) name has proven harder than it already is.

So please SC DevTeam, look into this one! Or at least allow a change if the reason is good enough

In some cases, they've changed names for some people if it's inappropriate, but I don't think they'd change the name of a clan.

You can contact support in game, if the clan name is considered offensive by SC, they will change it. Warning though, it most likely won't be your choice what they rename the clan.

I've seen very successful clans with silly names. I don't think the clan name would be the issue. Plus if clan name changes are available, you'd lose that clan from the bookmarks and you'll never find it again.

Supercell has changed the names of a few clans, I know this for sure. Contact supercell ingame and just hope it is bad enough for them to spend time changing it.
