Umm spam pekkas and dragons?
I use an army composition composing of around 80 barbs (Lvl 3) and 40 archers (Lvl 3). It is really effective for me. What I do is deploy some archers to take out some buildings out of range with his defenses, send 3-5 barbs to distract the wizard tower (ONLY if the wizard tower is outside or in the corner), and then I summon 10 archers to destroy the wizard tower.
after that, I send in about 50 barbarians to destroy the outside buildings, and send in some of the rest of my reinforcement unit of 30 Barbs. at this time in my battle, I send in 15-25 archers to support the barbarians. I usually win with this strat, even though its pretty infantry heavy.
Also... Lots of people don't have dragons... let alone PEKKAS.
Worst troop stratagy; 180 wbs
Best stratagy; depends on what you are going for, your current prize preference (trophys or resources), and troops level (5 level 5 barbs are better than a level 3 giant in some scenarios)
I like the good ole' archer strat.
1: 1 giant to distract
2: wall bombs
3: deploy all giants
4: deploy archers all around enemy base mainly around breach
5: ???
6: Profit!
With this strat you just really really REALLY need to get the mortars as fast as you can. Mortars tear archers up. If you don't get the mortar then you'll likely only get one star and maybe some resources. At last that's what happens for me.
Sent in giants then gradual the rest of my troops.
Send in an archer or two to get the cannons turned. Than WB's followed by ALL my Giants. Don't like to deploy them separately though a couple of spring traps close together can ruin my chances. Than the archers to get me stars and resources.
Worst strategy was deploying 4 dragons with 2 healers, not realising they only healed ground troops....doh!
current strategy is: Search for town with high avail res, and weak air defence.
2 healers (lvl 2)
10 Giants (lvl 4)
44 Archers (lvl 4)
40 Barbs (lvl 4)
20 goblins (lvl 4)
6 WBs (lvl 4)
1 heal spell (lvl 4 - optional)
Lure out CC troops with a few barbs, kill with archers. Send in giants to take out 1 air defence, release 1/2 WBs to get the giants through the walls. Deploy heal spell while Air Defence is being smashed up. Deploy 2 healers directly behind Giants. Deploy another 2 WBs to make a hole in the inner section allowing giants to move in quickly. Release first wave Barbs and Archers from where giants were initially deployed.
When Giants are nearing 2nd Air defence, release wave of barbs near the 2nd Air defence, 1/2 WBs to get through the wall, deploy archers to help barbs take out Air defence. Send in goblins in 2 waves when res storages are accessible.
