Although it would be kind of nice, I disagree. Another pekka level at TH9 would just make the copycat Gowipe strategy even MORE pervasive than it already is.

Lvl 3 pekka's are already more than strong enough to stand up to what they need to at TH9.

Given the current balance of the game and the relative ease I'm having pushing in M1 I see no reason to add PEKKA 4 to TH9 lineup.

I agree. I don't see much use for the PEKKA's at TH9, and believe that by moving the Level 4 upgrade to TH9, that this will help make them more usable in some 3-star attack strategies.

Isn't this a good thing for you though? Don't you want opponents using more gowipe strategy at TH9?

I'd like to see lvl4 at TH9, if only because I prefer the more standard upgrades where you go up 1 level per TH at most. More of a personal preference than gameplay though (other than I think gameplay would benefit given that clan perks is easy to get the +1 troop level, and it would be nice if TH9 could do that for a max TH10 troop).

not if they're given additional levels at TH9 and become powerful enough to pull of a 3* more regularly :smirk:

If they wanted to do that, I'd prefer they leave lvl1 and 2 at TH8, lvl3 at TH9, and then 4 and 5 at TH10 (this would anger the TH8's however with 6mil elixir storages for weeks on end. Getting to dump that 6mil for Pekka3 is a lifesaver for at least a little while). Th9 has PLENTY of stuff to work on in both the lab, heroes, and walls

Pekka lvl3 at th8 can do some kickAss, but at th9 it's ♥♥♥♥ty and rarely, so pekka lvl4 is needed at th9, it's anyway a waste at th10, all players have pekka 3 or pekka 5.

Pekka lvl 4 for th 9 max very helpful at all to face an opponent th 10 .

Sorry but this is just a post about "i am a th9 and I want" - not a good combination to start with - mixed in with no logic or reasoning behind why such a vast change should be made.... given the fact that you can have up to level 30 heroes I do not think this is viable. There is ample troop variety and level to three star any TH9 and 2* all but the most advanced TH10s that is similar to what a TH8 can do to a TH9 and a TH7 to a TH8 - the game and troop levels are therefore balanced IMO.
