Nope. It would promote a culture of losing for loot.
There is already something like that in the game with the graves. You should modify your suggestion to increase the loot in graves in case of successful defenses instead of asking for a whole new loot system for it. 25% of the elixir / dark elixir spent for the armies would be reasonable in the graves in case of a successful defense.
By this logic everyone could put their town hall out in master+ right now and just snipe for loot and then let someone else snipe them and then snipe for loot again and get rich. The reason why this isn't happening is the same reason why the scenario you're describing wouldn't happen either.
Maybe add the feature for a certain percentage the attacker got? Farmers could give you a lot of loot from doing this.
Or depending on your league will give you a certain amount of loot.
Omg think first. People in bronze keep dropping lower to get defense wins and if you get a defense win you would get loot with absolutely no effort. And winning an attack in masters and higher can take really long and why there is a loot bonus. Think before you post.
EDIT: Refilling infernos, xbows and re-arming traps isn't even exspensive. They're cheap, you should be proud at that price. Also if your TH is on the inside you would get wins so much times. I did it once and got about 20 wins in a matter of seconds.
