TH6 Strategy

I am a new th6 and getting ready to get healers. Should I take as many healers as possible with one barbarian. Does this work??

I used this strategy all of the time at th 6. It works like a charm. I highly recommend it!!!!

One barbarian? is this a joke? a typo? i'm afraid i'm missing something....
