the clan who denunciated to my clan is almas oscuras.
they began with text offensive. the support can view this texts. they losed the war and begin to insult in the description.

Next time, don't answer to provocation, just send a picture of it to
the supercell staff via the in-game support.
I suggest demoting your CO who did this and be more careful on who you promote. As you can see they can get you banned for irresponsible behavior.

A leader is responsible for those he selected to appoint as Co-Leader of a particular group.
This is much different than merely being related to someone. You don't get to choose your family.
Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is wait out the ban and demote all your co-leaders until someone either confesses to doing it or you trust them to never do it again.
