Revenge Enhancement

Been raided for 100%? Got all your DE stolen? All your loot taken? And you have a bloodlust against your attackers?

This enhancement is for the Revenge button.

Currently, we have to scrutinize each attack and click on the revenge button INDIVIDUALLY to check and see if the player is online or offline or has his/her shield up. And it's really frustrating when you have an entire list to go through.

The enhancement:

Enable one button revenge tap to run through all existing attacks that you can see in your defense log. By doing so, it saves you the trouble of having to manually tapping them one by one. There will then be a pop-up that shows which are the players who have their shield up, and which of them are online etc. An example of the pop-up:

Name of Player	Connectivity	Shield	Revenge
Player 1	Online	No	Not available
Player 2	Offline	No	Revenge available!

So by doing so, you can just scroll up/down and get a macro view of who is available for revenge and who is not.

Revenge is obviously broken. I go through every single one of my defenses once every day. I've never once been able to revenge attack someone. I would take this one step further and say that revenge should be available even if the other player is online.

I don't see why not. Other players can kick you off when your online so they can attack your base in boom beach. Although I think that the team from supercell that makes boom beach and the one that makes clash of clans have a bitter rivalry going on. It seems like if one game did something, then the other game won't do it no matter how good the idea was. Just out of spite...

I don't use that button mainly because most of the time shield are up, and i have to check each on of them individually... i use it so rarely I even forget about it at times... Untill i someone 3 stars me ( Which as a nearly maxed out th9) is rare for me.. I never have loot except de as everything goes towards my walls...

True. But you get random arses who hit your TH and then attempts to steal all your DE and be like: why not just wipe the base clean? :smirk:

Currently Ruled Out:
Here are some amazing ideas that have been ruled out by the dev time for the time being. Posting these ideas will result in your thread being removed without notice!

*Revenge list indicate online/shielded or currently attackable without having to click each person’s button

A player can break a shield at any second 24/7 365 days a year, they can log off any second of the day and night and they can be attacked any second of the day and night albeit with allowances for the inbuilt 90-180 second 'immunity' period some posters have spoke about when a player logs off. So for the list to be accurate every attacker needs to be status checked in real time and the list will need updating in real time, the server load and game load would make the game unplayable. It will not be happening IMO.

Many ruled out ideas were implemented at the End, i mention as example protecting storage against lights, so yeh if someone think his idea is worth he needs to announce it again and again

I even propose that for under shield opponent the remaining shield time will be displayed

there is already an option to peep the base before revenging if this is implemented into the game revenge will become too OP(over powered)

I proposed the same idea some months ago but it got rejected. But i still like the idea.

Ideas are ruled out so we dont have millions of threads gunking up the forums. That is why the rule is that when a ruled out idea gets posted, it is deleted. Maybe it is a good idea, that isnt the point, they have made a ruling about its duscussion here and we arent suppooed to discuss it. If you want to discuss ruled out ideas, you can, just not in ifr on the official forums.

Also, i have a MUCH simpler fix for the revenge feature. Remove the button all together...

I have been able to use Revenge function only once in my account , that too when I was TH4.

It's so stupid , what the current situation is ! SC should seriously do something about it !
Your idea , yet ruled out , has no reason to be ruled out !
