Permanent banning of players from a clan.

I have scanned the sticky's and dont see this idea being ruled out.

I have to believe this has been asked for already so - apologies in advance.

I would just like the ability for clan leaders to have a (perhaps small) list of players who keep coming back banned by their player number.

Just to clarify some of the objections: I see this as a clan leader ONLY function that is permanent in the sense that the clan leader may leave the ban on as long as they wish - I did not mean to suggest that it would be irreversible.

I am NOT suggesting that "Ban" be a menu item off of the chat window or even off of a users id on the clan page - bury it in the settings screen away from day to day play where it is an option of last resort.

I have actually supported this idea for quite a while. There can be trolls out there who will just annoy a clan till the end of time for their own amusement. I actually read a thread here in this sub forum talking about someone trolling their clan. This idea is a :thumbsup:

The only issue I see here is leader's abusing this power but hey there are plenty of more clans out there.

I have seen it a few times. Its quite common for a popular "small" idea too become buried under the "big" ideas.

I really like the idea!

Or simply becoz someone spams to join yr clan as there is a girl inside :D jk

You are already banned for 24 hours from a clan if you were kicked.

Honestly, its not a bad idea just not sure if it's worthy having a complete blacklist feature. Perhaps just an expansion on the current system in tiers. Its already in the programming that if you get kicked, you're banned for 24 hours. Expand on that by saying 2nd kick is 48 hours, 3rd is 7 days, every kick after that is 2 weeks. Anyone still wanting to troll a clan should get bored rather quickly.
