Not very confident with my attack strategies, I mean seriously, I just learned about funneling last night..
Anyway, I'm a new TH8 with maxed TH7 spell factory and army camps.
All my spells are level 3.
Dragons & Healers are still level 1.
Giants, Archers, & Barbarians are level 4.
Wallbreakers, Balloons, Wizards are level 3.

I think your best bet is to zap the 3 oclock air defence and attack from behind the sweeper with 10 drags and a full clan castle of loons. You might manage to squeeze a two star. But unfortunately your troops just wont be strong enough to get a 3 star. Upgrade your drags to lvl3 asap and it will be much easier to attack bases like this.

In any case, I definitely wouldn't go 3-light into this base, especially if you are only looking for a 2*. Bring rage *2 and a heal (as rage heal stack, don't bring 3 rage, as they don't stack, yet you'll want as much help as possible near the TH).
I also would simply go dragon/loon in the CC. There's little need in my mind to bring loons, as their sniping ability is limited on this base.
I'd also likely attack from ~2:00, directly into the TH.
This base is a dream for a GoWiPe or 7 Pekka attack...
