I made a post on the demotion of leaders a while back, then a mod closed it, those dern mods!

Its a dictatorship (as it should be) not a democracy.

Any good leader will communicate clearly the type of clan they want to run... what their beliefs and objectives are.

Unless the leader is totally psycho or you are completely oblivious you should be able to tell pretty quickly whether you want stick around and help build a clan.

Start your own... see how easy it is to run the show. :)

Everything you have said is lies.

The reason people want a bridge between elder and co-leader is because the co-leaders have a ton of power. Really the only difference between leader and co-leader is that the leaders have power over everyone while co-leaders have power of everyone but the leader. If as little as five co-leaders together have the power to overthrow the leader, then we might as well not even have co-leaders because they will have just as much power as the leader.

Just leave and build your own clan. If you leave and the rest follow you on your new clan, then they have the potential to be loyal to you and you can run things on your own.

The leader on the other clan will just have a high level clan with no members, now imagine how funny that would be.

If others stays on that leader then just wish them good luck and build your own clan. Its fun to start from the beginning.

This, like others have already stated in the thread, is a terrible idea. I could see a group of people that find a clan, gives out Co leader with little effort, is a decent clan and then they go in there. They all become Co leaders and now that they are a majority of the Co leaders they vote to over throw the leader. This is just one example of how trolls will ruin many successful clans.

This idea will not happen.

The leader should always be on top, therefore this would not be a good idea.
