Voting out leaders.

This may not be a problem for a vast majority, but for those of us who have been in a clan since day one, and helped it grow it sucks.
Some of you may be Co leaders in a clan where the leader is running it into the ground. This could be by just not contributing anything, going inactive, or just Making the clan you played this game with the entire time go down the drain.

Now maybe you and all the other Co leaders feel this way, but there isn't anything you can do. Maybe again the leader has gone inactive, or maybe he just won't give up the leadership position because he is one of those people. I propose that if a large majority of Co leaders vote to depose the leader of a clan and elect a new one.

And before someone says "why don't you guys just make a new clan", getting a clan to level 5 took a good deal of time, I can only imagine what it would be like to get it to level 10. Why should a majority of people suffer because of a tyrant?

If you don't like the leader, leave the clan.

However if the leader is inactive, then I agree that he should be demoted. For example:
1. First the leader chooses if he would like to get demoted if he becomes inactive. (default would be 'no')
2a. If the leader chooses no, then the leader would never be demoted.
2b. If the leader chooses yes, then the leader would have to choose how long he would be inactive to be demoted (e.g. 2 months), and who should be promoted to leader.

This way the leader can choose if he wants a change in leadership, if he become inactive.

Even still though, if you and 5 other Co leaders want to change things, why shouldn't you all be allowed to vote him down?

Based on the bolded parts of your post, I think it's clear this has nothing to do with inactivity and everything to do with you not liking the leader of the clan.

If you do not like the leader or agree with how he runs the clan, then you have the option to leave, no one is making you stay.

As far as trying to for trying to forcibly take the clan from the leader, it isn't going to happen, nor should it.

Co leaders can promote others to co leaders. Too easy to troll and take over a clan.

If you don't like a cake, you shouldn't eat it.

Same applies to clash, if you don't like a clan (or its leader), you shouldn't stay in it.

finally, an idea I havent seen on the forums yet.

But still... not a great idea in my opinion. I get that it is difficult to start a new clan and climb up the ranks again, but "voting out" leaders isn't a good fit for this game.

and he should be re promoted when he comes on but i think its not likely for a leader of a level 5 clan go inactive and if he does then you could just find a new clan

In, clash if the leader has been inactive for a while (3 months) the system will automatically choose the best co-leader among the clan and place him as the leader.
But contact the game support is needed for this to happen.
