Hi!! I play when I get the chance to and I am really looking to go 14000 points to get all rewards from the derby I am busy near the weekends but I try to play as much as I can. Also, I am lvl 38 quickly moving up. Town lvl 6. Got all machines and animals fed constantly most of the time. Looking for a NH that will help me out in time of need and super nice NH as I was to play with nice folks like me!! Let's play and help each other out!!

My level 110, town 36. Just lowered entry requirements to 38. Chat, teamwork, help with townies required. Derby optioanal but if opting in all tasks for race should be completed with the highest point possible, all according to level, no need for diamonds. Not a hood for the occasional player. We are a very helpful, chatty, friendly neighborhood and competitive when its derby time.
We have players from California, Hawaii, Central Us The Philippines and some from other countries as well. We are in need of more players that play just as much as we do. would love to have people from all over so our hood can be played and watched at all times.
We do 300+tasks but we do as high as we can.
We are a very laid back kind of neighborhood, but we do win at the same time. We work and have busy lives and familys so we don't do drama, we like to have fun, after all it is just a game. and we don't hassle other players about their tasks as long as you get your tasks done that's all that matters. Even if you don't chat that much that's okay too. But we do help each other in and out of the derby. Come check us out for 1 derby and see what you think.

Join our neighborhood and I'll help you with all of these. The proven strategies I've developed will enable you to grow a robust farm. The website includes a snap-shot of my farm when I reached level 65. This will give you a target to shoot for and allow you to compare your farm to see which areas need improvement. Here are a few of my level 65 farm stats:
Silo: capacity = 2,000
Barn: capacity = 2,200
Roadside Shop: bins = 42, followers = 313
Farm: All buildings built, all areas cleared, Dairy and Sugar Mill slots = 9
Town: Rep level = 22, all buildings built, all areas cleared, buildings at max upgrade level = 5
Personal Train: max upgrade level = 19 (10 passengers every 90m)
Town Hall and Eggspress Train: max upgrade level
Fishing Area: All areas cleared, 88 of 126 fish caught
Lure Workbench: slots = 5
Net Maker: slots = 6
Tackle Box: capacity = 60

We love derby and just won our first derby... gold, of course but we don't have super strict derby rules either though we do all we can to win as we love the rewards too! We range from levels 83-28 and have another member who is at the same level as you. We give freely to neighbors as we love to help others grow with us. Our number 1 rule is to be polite so we have "nice" covered, lol.
