We have got a weird match-up. We have been put-up against 4 town hall 10 when we do not have even a single town hall 10 on our side.
Need help to attack this 4 bases. We have max Th9 troops.

1st base- easy to drop some archers on outsides for free %. Then maybe 3 golems and 2 pekkas with rest wiz, and a few wbs. Attack from 2 compartments closest to the town hall, inferno tower should only lock onto the golems and pekkas, so your wizards / heroes shouldn't take too much damage and town hall should fall relatively easily.
2nd base - again archers for some free %. Gowipe at top to take out the first inferno tower, with a jump spell where the inferno is, to open up the centre compartment and grab town hall. These are only really 2 star strategies that I'm giving here. They are very rushed, doubt they'll 3 star your top bases.
3rd base - I'd be tempted to balloon minion this one. Single target inferno towers would mess up your high hit point troops with no freeze spells available. Again, from the top, maybe 2 rage 2 heal spells. Mainly looms and 20-30 minions, cc drag for a bit of firepower.
4th - goho? No inferno towers yet and no upgraded th10 defences. Getting kill squad of golems and heroes to take out the queen and their cc and a few giant bombs, can drop hogs with 3/4 heal spells to do the rest. Kill squad I'd do 2 golems, 8 wiz or so and a few wallbreakers followed by heroes.
Our near maxed 9s often get matched with rushed 10s similar to the cities you have shown. They have gotten pretty good at 2 starring them using mass level 4 golems. The attacker below made some mistakes but it was still an easy 2 star. If your heroes are mid to upper 20s you might even be able to 3 star them.

As a th9 attacking a multi inferno I highly highly highly suggest at least 4 or 5 golems. they soak up those streams and make sure to spread them wide. don't place them all in one spot or you will never get the 50 percent. Id bring 2 jumps to jump the golems along with your heroes and few wiz to the th compartment and rages to get them thru it quickly. your goal is to get 50 percent and the th you will not 3 star so don't even try for it. However the base with the single infernos I would suggest either a balloon minion army heavy on the balloons with only about 30 minions. 2 rage 2 heal. or I would hog the bases because the other defenses are terrible
