Lvl 65 looking for competitive derby NH

I'm an active, lvl 65 player who has been in the same NH from Day 1. We have a good group, but about 30 inactive members weighing us down in derbies.

What I am looking for in a NH: one that takes being competitive in derbies seriously, but not to the point of kicking someone out for missing a task (but will perhaps kick someone who clearly no longer plays the game). It is important that low point value tasks are removed from the board and preferred that all or several members hold Elder rank so we can do so ourselves. I am looking for active social interaction in the NH chat (English only), and the opportunity to trade rare items would be great. I am Canadian, and a NH comprised of other Canadians would be ideal, but not necessary.

What you can expect from me: I am lvl 65 (reputation 18), active, and do a lot of wheating so I have a healthy supply of rare items. My barn is 2250 and my silo 2100. All land expansions are unlocked so I am willing to trade any land deeds I acquire. I always complete all derby tasks, and only select tasks worth a minimum of 300 points. I help neighbours when I am able to and sell to neighbours at a discount if they show me the same courtesy. I am on several times a day but not for long periods.

Woot Valley is an international neighborhood of 16 members (level 44-109). We are currently in Expert League (6 gold, 1 silver, 6 bronze). There is a 310 minimum on tasks and we have a flexible Derby strategy, some weeks we advance and sometimes we hold and just go for horseshoes.

Communication is important to us, we have a private subreddit and use a fun communication tool called Slack. It's great for trading, helping, and goofing around.

We do have a few rules, but that's what makes us run smoothly! Basically, be nice, be helpful, and be active.

Minimum level is 18 because we know you'll get higher fast. We ask you be an active player that gets at least 1500 derby point a week. If that seems high to you it is because you have not played with us and we now have 7 tasks a week. We also ask that you help the rest out when needed and you are able. The friendlier you are the better Frog Derby will be!

We have players from California, Hawaii, Central Us The Philippines and some from and Scotland. We are in need of more players that play just as much as we do. would love to have people from all over so our hood can be played and watched at all times.
We do 300+tasks but we do as high as we can.
We are a very laid back kind of neighborhood, but we do win at the same time. We work and have busy lives and familys so we don't do drama, we like to have fun, after all it is just a game. and we don't hassle other players about their tasks as long as you get your tasks done that's all that matters. Even if you don't chat that much that's okay too. But we do help each other in and out of the derby. Come check us out for 1 derby and see what you think.

We are fairly new nh, been playing as this nh for three weeks and won three times in a row. We have members from Canada, USA, UK, India, Philippines and Finland.

We take only +300 tasks, but those weeks when you feel busy and don't want to participate, it's ok to opt out. We do expect our members to get all tasks done unless something more important than game comes along in their life. Like last week one of our members had some force major reasons, of course real life comes before game. No kicking out except for those who fail time after time just because they are inactive.

Our team members have been doing tasks together, helping each other out so we are all able to get tasks done easily. This is why our team is best there is, because we play as one, as a team. We help those who struggle more, as long as they are doing their own best.
