Builder hut gem boost

Just like other productive buildings, I think that us, of the clash of clans community, should be able to boost the builder hut build time for 2 hours and it costs 10 gems. Although this is a high amount of gems, it will buy you a lot of time on building production!

This idea is under consideration by supercell, I suggest you make a formal petition for it.

NO! NO PETITIONS!!!!

I don't like petitions. If you like an idea, make a trhead and use a poll. A petition is just a way to get endless bumps on an idea.

(I like the OP idea though. Sounds like a useful idea, compared to just gemming something to finish)

I don't think you have considered what this might cost...
Let's equate it to just finishing an upgrade's time with gems

A double speed builder for one day.
To finish (with gems) a building that has one day remaining would cost 260 gems.
Would you pay 260 gems to boost ONE builder for ONE day?

A quadruple (4x) speed builder for one day.
To finish (with gems) a building that has three days remaining would cost 506 gems.
Would you pay 506 gems to boost ONE builder for ONE day?

The reason I ask is that SuperCell would have no reason to make this method cheaper than the existing method of using gems for builder time. From similar posts on the same topic people always seem to think that it should be about a 10-20 gem cost which is unrealistic.

SC has still considered it regardless. They haven't given an explanation but it's not overly unreasonable.

Although the idea is not on the ruled out list, I don't think you will ever see it implimented into the game.
