Another Devices Connecting On His Village

Hello Supercell im one of Player of clash of clans From Philippines. now i have a problem From my Account. Another Device Problem. My Coc Account Already Linked on IOS and Android. Now im using Android Device for playing village. Now My.Village we hAve a use i another device will be appear on my screen. i Trace on Google+ and Find my iPhone if we have Device log in my Gmail account. but No Succeed. Now i cant trace i already Change password at both account. But is still use my village and he go to another clan And Donate troops i open my account but he still used.? Now im concern i want Locked my Account obn iOS Device Please Help me Problem Caught on November 1 2015 Time: 10:43pm Philippine time

If a pop-up says you've lost connection due to another device connecting, it means your game is being accessed from another device at the same time. Please check if anyone you know, like a friend or family member is playing your game on a device that your village has been loaded on.

If you continue getting this pop-up and see unexpected changes occurring in your game, please contact us with a detailed description of what's been occurring on your account.

Hello, unfortunately even if you change the account passwords the other user will still be able to access your base which is loaded in his device. You will have to contact SC support in game and explain what your problem is in every single detail in order to understand the situation. After verifying that you are the legitimate owner they will kick the other user off your base. Check the link below to see how to contact with support.

Posible Sir. My Account Used by IOs device. Because i Trace o google+ My Devices only Appear on it. now i think ios devices use on my account and at this year my email i didnt give anyone of my siblings.friends and family. But i didnt remember if i logged in my account from IOs and that ios Is not yet reset r
thats why everytime downloaded clash of clans apps my account first appear on that.

Do you have a family member or friend that has access to your account because you logged into their device at one time? If you logged into their device and logged out of their device, they can still access your account.

This. If you did not factory reset your device it is possible that someone is accessing your account through your iOS device.

This is correct if you gave your device away.

If you you logged into a different device temporarily you need to make sure the other person confirms the confirmation process if switching Game Centers/villages.

Yes sir i didnt factory reset my devices? So Posible sir right but i know supercell clash of clas can solution this problem right? because my time and blood and i cant sleep a few days to play my village and to make a strongest defense. and one time my acc i ♥♥♥♥ by ♥♥♥♥er. oohhhhv

Wait for Supercell to respond. While you wait, make sure to see if anyone else you know could be using your account. Think if you ever logged into your Game Center on a different device than yours.

SC has Already Reply. And He Get me A Information and that information i give it . I Play Clash of Clans Started At Month of August 2014 And i Notice my Account Was Compromised by connecting device and i create rhat account citt is olongapo city. and i Purchased The Game i Didnt remember and i dont understand what reciept get me ?

i Already Give And send the full information if Supercell do not action on my account i think i disapointed to playing clash of clans again because is useless. if you play a games hard to being strongest. if the ♥♥♥♥er ♥♥♥♥ed you account with full secure is doesnt. If youve reached the point where they asked you whether to ban or not the account for two days then i guess youve answered all the questions correctly.

That means you gave wrong answers to then owner verification questions. I dont think theres anything else you can do.

I suggest you to remove the screenshot from your post for your own safety. If everything goes right and the other person doesnt claim the account, after two days you will have access to it again.

Hello again, is you base loaded in any of those two devices (iOS or Android) right now? Are you sure you are using the correct GC/G+ account?

Sir Thats Correct because before they ♥♥♥♥ed my account is I tried to open my gmail from my other devices is works so thats not incorrect sir. so sir they no have chance to recover my account from my email
