Another Devices Connecting On His Village

Hello Supercell im one of Player of clash of clans From Philippines. now i have a problem From my Account. Another Device Problem. My Coc Account Already Linked on IOS and Android. Now im using Android Device for playing village. Now My.Village we hAve a use i another device will be appear on my screen. i Trace on Google+ and Find my iPhone if we have Device log in my Gmail account. but No Succeed. Now i cant trace i already Change password at both account. But is still use my village and he go to another clan And Donate troops i open my account but he still used.? Now im concern i want Locked my Account obn iOS Device Please Help me Problem Caught on November 1 2015 Time: 10:43pm Philippine time

Hello, unfortunately even if you change the account passwords the other user will still be able to access your base which is loaded in his device. You will have to contact SC support in game and explain what your problem is in every single detail in order to understand the situation. After verifying that you are the legitimate owner they will kick the other user off your base. Check the link below to see how to contact with support.

i Already Do That and I Post my Concern About on my Account But Supercell Not Yet Reply

You will have to wait for them. Might take from few hours up to few days. You should also consider that its Sunday today so expect a reply tomorrow.
