HayDay slow and lost 20 diamonds overnight

I have and iPad 2 16gb. I only have the first update of the ios9. I only did that because I noticed all of a sudden my game was lagging and very slow. I cleared out apps I don't use but did not help. So I haven't played it for 3 weeks because I was getting so frustrated. I updated the app and still the same thing. Last night I had 20 diamonds before I closed out of the game, I just got on the game again at 5:15pm and I only have 5 diamonds. I did not purchase these, but this is the only game I have ever put money into so it's frustrating when things are not working. Not sure how to get my 15 diamonds back. Please help!

Tossing ideas out there: Does anyone have access to your farm? Has Tom been hired or has a new production slot on a machine been opened?

You can ask Support to let you know where the diamonds went. Just use the in-game settings to send in a ticket to them.

I had 22 diamonds that are gone. Noone uses my device, only I play my farm. I only spend diamonds on production slots and extra derby task. I have confirm diamond purchase on. I've submitted a ticket to support.

No one can get on my account, it's only on my iPad. Plus I had played it at night and then me and my kids were gone in the morning and it was by me the whole afternoon. Honestly I do not know how to get to the makers of the app to tell them. Which is why I'm on here. Actually initially I thought this is how I do it. I'm kind of clueless about all this. Also like the other person this is the only game I have that uses coins. How do you submit a support ticket? No I didn't hire Tom, I was about to and that's when I noticed 15 coins were gone.

To contact support through the game:

Open game

Tap on cogwheel icon top left of screen

Tap on the first tab, settings

Tap on the first button, help and support

Look for a suitable topic and go into it (or if there is no suitable topic choose any topic), and look for the "contact us" button or icon.
(Top right of screen, or base of topics, or tap on the search button and type "contact us")

That opens a conversation window. Describe your issue in full, press send, they will get back to you through the game and you'll be notified of their reply.
