This happened to me with my new tablet last night! Here is what I did. I went to the Play Store. I went to the Games section. I browsed, not searched, for it. It installed when I found it that way.
It kept telling me device wasn't compatible when I looked for it under all apps or searched for it!
I had the same problem lastnight when I bought mine..I went to galaxy apps searched for it and it downloaded fine..Hope I helped!Quote:

I am also having this problem with a new android tablet. It is version 4.4. I am unable to find it in a game search.
Get the current version of Google Play. The previous version had this compatibility issue.

OK I tried doing the above and no luck it appears supercell may have now fully blocked the device. This is ♥♥ fix your device compatibility list since there is no reason this new tab should be black listed. I am just going to return the device presently it is not worth the headache. I stopped playing on my phone since it was a small screen so I went for an upgrade and it looks as though I am mean to just stop playing. Oh well good luck to those people that got those nice new devices that supercell has determined to be inferior.
Please be sure you are using the current version of Google Play. The previous version of Google Play had this compatibility error.Quote:

I have tried to update Google play games it says it is up to date with version 3.5.17. All installed apps are up to date unless I am missing something not sure what else I can do. Google play service at version 7.3 and no updates available. Well I found it on the installed Galaxy apps installed from there but boom beach takes me back to Google play where it says device not compatible. With everything updated it should work this work around garbage is stupid. So supercell has issues or Google either way I will move on and return the device and gain some extra free time. I am glad this thread shows up as top Google search link for those having issues. People need to know that someone is duping them, Samsung, Google, or supercell.Quote:
