Love the idea, but maybe make it optional? Because just because your clan has a high rank, doesnt mean that the people in it do:) optional either to an individual level, a clan level, or maybe you need a majority of votes to participate? Nice photoshop by bthe way:)

what's to stop a clan from dropping their weak links right before the end of the season just to improve their W/L ratio, I think the score should be reset after the timers up, you started the war with those people, their score while in your clan should count, i.e. you made your bed now sleep in it. this can also be helped if their was a 8 hr "off season" for clans to adjust their members before the next war
its cool but i want more participation from the members beside advice and donating and leader/all elders must agree to start a clan war and bonuses must be added according to battles won and defences won

I love the idea of clan wars but i have a different idea of how it would work. I think that the clan leader gets this thing called the clan center. The clan center is just like a normal village except the members and elders can donate resources to the leader to make the clan center. No one else in the clan can control the center except for the leader. Then the leader could raid other clan centers and it would be like normal clash of clans. plus the penelty for losing or winning battles would be shared throughout the entire clan.
Example. I am a clan leader and i have two villages one for my self and one that is my clan center the clan center has different buildings and stuff and i control the layout and what to build. but wait i need resources. where do i get them from? the answer is my clan. my clan donates things like gold, elixer, dark elixer, and troops for me to raid with. speeking of raiding i just raided another clan center and on 1200 trophies to be shared amongst my clan members.
plus the resources won could be shared not just trophies (see previous post by me)
