Did you by any chance abused the refund system and got banned? Anyway if i were you i would contact SC support in game and et them know about it, they will be able to guide you.

yes i was banned due to refund system!
Then this is it, SC must have removed the Gems purchased. Anyway, as i said in my previous post you should contact support and let them know. They might be able to help you with this.

Any gems acquired in the wrong way, will be put into negative. So you will need to either purchase them back (legitimately), or cut down a lot of trees.
