Clan War Quick Start

As the leader of my clan, we have built a clan that prides itself on filling the clan castles quickly. I feel it shows the other clan that we mean business. Our current 24 win streak would back this theory up.

Occasionally we come come up against clans that also fill their clan castles within the first hour, i feel that it would be a good addition to clan wars if there was a "Ready" button that was serve as a indicator to the other clan we are ready to start. If the leader was the only player able to press the button and both leaders had pressed the "Ready" button would prep day would end or skip to 1hr and then start immediately.

I really like this idea. We fill our clan castles fairly quickly as well. I don't see a need for 24 hr waiting period.

Having clan wars set at 48 hours helps in a few ways. It is predictable for all clans in all timezones. It assures that everyone has the same chance to acquire clan xp.

when SC develop some new function they have to make sure it will let more clashers to tick to the game for longer time possible

they let leaders shorten the preparation time, most of clans will push to fill all CC in 30min ( yeah believe me this is what will happen for all wars) then the normal time for war will cut from 2 days to 1 day and few more minutes... if war was supposed to keep clashers motivation for 5 years then it will be the case only for 2.5 years and few... think about it like this and you will guess that such suggestion may never be considered by SC

Can't see that it would really hurt I guess, clans would just have to be careful with it.
I am ambivalent until I hear a downside (I doubt that I would personally use it)

Personally though, as in this war, I sometimes am not ready to raid until towards the end of the war as my Queen is upgrading. It would suck to move end of war forward and have someone have to raid without a Queen.

But it won't be fair for those 200+ win clans since 200 wins = 400 days worth of time.

Clan Wars is still in its infancy. Change is to be expected.

Yes this would be great but one thing would have to be done differently.

Lets say 2 hours into war both clans are ready. There are 22 hours left of prep day. They skip to war but having 24 hours to war is not fair. This is because the clan would have the ability to statt wars more often to get extra loot and clan xp. In order to balance this. The 22 hours left on prep day must be added to the 24 hours of war. Therefore in this case the battle day will be 46 hours long!

i see where your coming from but if both leaders have pressed the SKIP button then both clans are happy to war. My clan everyone is on and ready to attack at the start of war. Obviously we could press the start war button and they may not thus there would be no point. Its a hit and miss idea but maybe with some clever tweaking might have a future.
