If you click on the button Help And Support, you should be able to access the conversation which SUpport and find the unlock code sent to you. Use it to unlock your village.
I lost my village 2 the name is boss kikos i removed the game and reinstalled and when i connected it its like my village is gone help me plz
Obviously you havent linked your base to a GC or a G+ account. If you have, please use the correct account to load your base. If you havent, please contact SC support in game and let them know what your problem is. You should also include:
- Name of the village:
- Player ID:
- Name of the clan you are part of:
- Town Hall level:
- Experience level:
- Date and time of your last playing session:
Ofc i linked it and i was playing with loging in and out of it all the time but today it connected but no village
Okay, then follow these steps to restore your village using Google+:
- Login to Google+ using the Google+ App
- Start Clash of Clans
- There should be a popup asking if you want to recover your village
- Select "Yes." Note: If you select yes you will permanently lose the current village on that device.
If this doesnt help then go to Settings>Application Manager>Clash of Clans>Clear Data and then try the steps i mentioned above again.

After u contact support and they lock ur village, the only way you will be able to locate that code is by clicking on the support link that appears underneath the field where u should enter the code. in case u found it great.
Absence of the conversation means that supercell closed ur case due to someone else proved village ownership, if that is ur case, i suggest contacting them again if u still believe u r the owner of this village. keep in mind that multiple persons proving ownership makes it more difficult to judge so be prepared coz they may ask u more questions and request multiple purchase bills. keep me posted about how it ends :) good luck.
Edit: i think you deleted the game and reinstalled it without entering the code, in this case, ur code is lost forever and the only way to get ur village back is to contact support from ur newly created village and tell them what happened, yet they may request some ownership info for verification and of it works, they will resend u the code again
Try deleting the app. Supercell does not sport the use of multiple accounts on one device, so if problems occur ot is not Supercell's fault.
I have noticed sometimes when you try to connect to another village, it sometimes does not give the option to. If deleting the app does not work try again tomorrow.
If im not mistaken its one of the cases where you need to "reset" your base and by just deleting and reinstalling this wont fix it. (If its not this case, what you proposed MIGHT help) In order to reset a base on Android you will have to clear data and if the base is indeed linked to a G+ then it will load 100%.
There is some problem with G+ login today. I would try again late to see if it works again.
