Clan Castle Sleep Mode (Sort of like Heroes)

SC has not given a statement as to why but Kowalski does have a thread regarding the motives of why x thing is ruled out.

I support the idea. It's a useful future. i remember being town hall 6 with healers. Those were the best lol. Except when they came out of my clan castle to defend my village xD

That's a great and useful idea I'd love to use in the next update:)
